If you have already booked your treatment then you can proceed with paying the deposit. All bookings must be confirmed with a $50 deposit which is required within 24 hours of making the tentative appointment to confirm the appointment. If the deposit is not made within this period you are at risk of losing your requested appointment time.

• We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and require that you call 02 9819 6696 or email the clinic or info@rachaellouisemedispa.com.au to reschedule your appointment to then have your deposit transferred to your new appointment.
